I'm Areta — a graphic designer and UX/UI specialist based in the Netherlands, with a background in scenography and over 15 years of experience across theatre, cultural institutions and commercial clients.

My work sits at the intersection of visual identity, user experience and motion. I approach every project like a stage production — with attention to the whole composition, not just individual elements. Theatre taught me to think in systems: how space, narrative and the person in the middle all interact. That instinct now shapes the way I design brands, interfaces and communications.

I'm methodical, well-organised and comfortable working from brief to final delivery — independently or as part of a team.

Trained in scenography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, with an Erasmus year at Université Rennes 2 in France. For years I led the art workshop at Arlekin Puppet Theatre in Łódź — managing design and production of sets, costumes, puppets and props. A UX/UI course at UXUI Academy formalised what I was already doing intuitively: designing experiences for people, not just surfaces.

Now based in the Netherlands, working with clients worldwide.
